Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money.
