"May be the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I paid extra for simple black bean substitutions, and all instructions we're not adhered to. The quality of the items is the worst I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Scant ingredients, wrong ingredients no rice in anything, cold, wet, poorly constructed and poorly wrapped. The fried chicken is an absolute menace and needs to be eliminated from the menu entirely, forever. I don't even know what this is, chicken chunks with wet lettuce and cheese in an old tortilla? Now, the Very Berry Pastry was incredible and I absolutely recommend that. The pastry was flaky, cream texture was on point with a refreshing citrus bite, and the berries delightfully fresh.
Overall, I unfortunately would not order from here again. The two items I enjoyed were lovely and make me want to order for those alone, however I do not have confidence in order consistency after my experience combined with other reviews."
