I'm used to sweet and savory but the filling was more like someone cut up a block of frozen cream cheese, garnished it, wrapped it, then fried it. it wasn't smooth creamy at all. the portions of the sides were great sizes. if I'd only gotten what I ordered, I probably would've rated it a 3 instead. this is only my second or third time eating Panda Express. no issues w/last couple of orders. i don't know what happened with this one. and didn't even provide utensils, napkins or any of the sauces I requested."

"I used to really enjoy Firehouse Subs. Their sandwiches were always large, filling, and worth the price, but over the past year or two, the quality has noticeably gone downhill. The subs have gotten significantly smaller, with barely any meat or toppings, yet the prices continue to rise. It’s disappointing because this used to be a reputable sandwich shop that took pride in serving a hearty meal.
Now it feels no different than any other corporate chain trying to cut costs while charging more. The value and quality just aren’t there anymore. I won’t be ordering again unless something changes and Firehouse returns to the standards that originally set it apart.
