"Extremely disappointed and unhappy with my experience at Thailicious. The employee working there with a mustache was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There was a mix-up with my order, and instead of calmly trying to resolve the situation, he started shouting at me and speaking to me in a completely unacceptable manner. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to let me speak to one. I was honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. No customer should be treated this way over a simple order mix-up.
I also ordered the mango sticky rice and asked for some extra coconut sauce. Nobody mentioned that there would be an additional charge for it. I later noticed that they had simply charged more to my card. I have absolutely no problem paying extra for additional sauce, but the extra cost should have been communicated to me before charging my card. Customers shouldn’t have to find out about an additional charge afterward.
Separate from all of that, the food itself was disappointing as well. I ordered the Panang Curry, and the container was about 1/4 empty with barely any curry in it. It was mostly filled with tofu. For the price, I was extremely disappointed with the portion and what I received.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Between the disrespectful treatment, the unexpected additional charge, and the disappointing portion of food, I left extremely unhappy and will not be returning."

"This is the BEST Lao food in the DFW area. My husband and I have been coming here for the last couple of years since moving to North FTW and we bring every person that visits from outta town. They’ve all enjoyed the food.
Hands down on their food and amazing service. The owners are always so friendly and the gentleman learns his customers very well and never miss coming by to say hello.
