In my home town there was a resturant called Far East, and it's unfortunately long gone, but this fried rice tasted so much like their fried rice it actually brought tears to my eyes. Even without the nostalgia aspect, everything is absolutely DELICIOUS. Everything was so fresh and hot! The chicken, even being in the sauce is crispy.
