"My first complaint is them getting rid of the grilled chicken nuggets. I got a Chick-fil-A® Cool Wrap Meal for us to split. The wraps used to be huge. First they've shrunk a lot and there wasn't a lot of chicken inside. It was mostly cheese. I got us a kale krunch salad to split. The container was half full. What is going on there today? Everything tasted good, but the portions were skimpy compared to normal. One mac'n cheese was full to the top and the other was almost half empty. Just disappointing especially for the price."

"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. "As.someone who has to work during lunch because I have to monitor people.w/disabilities while they eat their lunch, sometimes I will doordash lunch. I doordash Richie's frequently because Richie's was the only restaurant who "Got it Right." But the last 3 times I've ordered, the quality of the pieces of chicken that I received was horrible. The first time, I'm like ok, I'll let it slide. The 2nd time, I'm starting to doubt. This time I'm hesitant and thinking I can wait til I get off but I gave Richie's the benefit of the doubt. After today future doordash will be from my back-up restaurant. All three pieces of my chicken( 1 leg and 2 thighs) were either overcooked and/or left under the heating lamp too long. All 3 pieces were VERY dry and the outer skin was extra extra extra crunchy. The wedges and roll were the only items fresh. Please, stop giving customers pieces of chicken that you would not pick for yourselves."

"The tenders were decent, but not great. I would say a notch above KFC, but definitely not as good as Lee's. They were also small. At $12 for 5 strips, I would have expected chicken strips at least double the size that we got.
The brisket was definitely subpar. It was dry, very fatty and didn't have much flavor at all.
I can't comment on the sauces or the slaw as we didn't receive any of them despite ordering 2 sauces and a side of slaw.
The only side we did receive was the bacon mac and cheese, which was...okay. It was plain mac and cheese that reminde me of something you might get in the grocery store deli.
The bacon was real bacon and cooked properly, which was a surprising bonus in an otherwise disappointing meal.

"As in times past, I was really looking forward to my Guthrie's chicken strips box meal. Generally, I would have rated four-stars because it's always fresh, tender, and still hot! 😋 Unfortunately, today, I think I got the box that had been sitting out for a while. Chicken and fries were barely warm and were dry; the chicken seemed overcooked, and the slaw had a weird stale taste and seemed a bit dry and anemic looking. Also, I do not believe this was the fault of the driver because they were here in almost record time - which was another clue that my meal had likely been sitting out for a bit at the restaurant .
