"I absolutely love this item. It's very sweet and has a strong caramel taste that I like. However I personally don't think it blends well with whipped cream, but that could also just be because I don't like whipped cream on its own already. However as much as I love this item and would give the store five stars for it I can't because they consistently mess up on making the order. I constantly get whipped cream in my coffee and despite ordering extra caramel crunch they always seem to give me the normal amount despite an upcharge I believe. Sometimes I also have syrup sitting at the bottom of the cup which I assume is the syrup I add and I actually love that versus it being blended in with the drink, but today my order didn't even have a hint of that syrup flavor that I also got charged for. "Some of the cookies are killer, while some are meh...several ones with a thick layer of frosting have been way too sweet, bordering on inedible without scraping it off. Hard pass on the ice cream. The chunks are nonexistent, and it's the price of premium ice cream without the premium quality. I'd rather eat almost any brand from the grocery store instead.

That said, I’ve had an ongoing issue with adding avocado (which is really just a small side of guacamole for an extra $1.50). More often than not, it’s missing from my order even though I’m charged for it. It’s happened enough times that I’ve finally decided I just won’t add it anymore for takeout, which is disappointing because it really does elevate the burrito when it’s actually included.
One area that could really use improvement is packaging. I order pretty regularly from the Bay View store, and the bags are often unsealed, sometimes arrive open, and the small stopper for the lid is only included occasionally which results in spills. Colectivo could be inspired by Nomad's to-go packaging which exceeds expectations."
