"Leaving a review because I was hoping to find out through reviews what the white sauce was and if it was the traditional toum, and while it saves the dish, it tastes closer to a Caesar dressing.
The chicken was good quality but just had a lot of one spice like curry or something instead of a good variety of Mediterranean spices. With the sauce and French fries, I still felt I could order here again...
But, then there is the lean cuisine quality bland rice... like, good maybe if you're at a hospital cafeteria in the Middle East, but not GOOD. Rice tastes better without seasoning then whatever went wrong with this rice.
I paid extra for a side of pita that tastes like under cooked pie dough, so I wont be doing that again.
Overall, if you get the Chicken Over Rice, get it with fries and extra sauce and you can get over the cafeteria taste and get your chicken shawarma fix, the fries and sauce save the dish!

"I’ve been coming here for a while, but lately the quality has gone downhill badly. The smoothies used to taste fresh, flavorful, and consistent, but now they taste watered down and poorly made. The fruit doesn’t taste fresh anymore, and the texture has become inconsistent every time I order.
What’s most disappointing is that the prices keep going up while the quality keeps dropping. It honestly feels like corners are being cut with ingredients and preparation. Customer service also seems less attentive than before, which makes the experience even worse.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when a place loses the quality that made people support it in the first place, it needs to be said. Hopefully management takes this seriously and improves the ingredients, consistency, and overall experience because right now it’s nowhere near what it used to be."

Now as for the food, chicken Quesadilla Appt was delicious. The Alfredo is so good. Noodles were cooked nicely, good amount of sauce and the flavor was great. Loved the Twice Baked Potato & the Greek Salad ala Capri was really good as well. The only thing I would have liked is a little more dressing for the salad. It was a full portion salad and I did request extra dressing if it was possible. In my bag I received 2 of the small Togo cups and just for the amount of salad I think a little more dressing would've been better.
