The salad was fresh but no lettuce (I missed that), it had all of my favorite items. However, it was drenched in olive oil/lemon juice which spilled all over the bag. Not sure if I could have asked for the dressing to be packaged separately, but recommend it. The chicken that came with it was in a separate box which was nice, but it was dry. Next time, I'd probably get the fattoush and skip the chicken. Portions were generous for all items. "
