"I order the SAME combo every time, the Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo. I have for at least over a year. When done right, it's delicious. However, within the last SIX months, they have not been able to correctly make a quality order at least four times in a row. I'm allergic to cheese, and nowadays it's more than likely that the employee making the sandwich will ignore/not pay attention to the order details and I'll have to reorder my food. Now, they expect customers to pay $20-$25 for burgers with dry and stale patties, stale and tasteless bread, soda with no carbonation and half-full fry cartons. "Anyone who has eaten and liked the filet-O-fish sandwich from McDonald's in the past let me tell you something.... I will NEVER order from them again!! "I ordered the chicken bowl from Subway through DoorDash and paid extra for protein. What I received was barely filled. They barely gave me chicken instead of what's advertised. There were only a few pieces of chicken mixed with some spinach cucumber and a light sprinkle of cheese and no honey mustard.
They also didn’t include utensils at all. No fork no napkin no care. That’s unacceptable for a bowl meal.
Subway this is not just a customer complaint this reflects a breakdown in food quality assurance. Companies like EcoSure exist to make sure food safety presentation and accuracy are held to a high standard. This order failed on all fronts.
If you are charging extra for protein then provide it. If you pack a bowl then include utensils. Customers deserve better and I will not be ordering from here again unless changes are made. I’ve attached a photo so others can see how bad it was."

"I ordered the meal deal called "I love to be alone," mostly because the name of it cracked me up. But also, i do love to be alone, and I love pizza and wings. Pretty straightforward stuff. Im just in town visiting so I had no idea which pizza place to order from, but i couldn't pass up the deal.
I got the pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and beef. Its amazing. Really good crust and plenty of cheese! For the wings (you get five with the deal which is plenty), i ordered mild with blue cheese dressing for dipping. The wings were a bit spicier than the mild Im used to, but they were still really good. You can tell they're good just by their orange color. And they weren't super saucy, which i like because it's less messy. Idk about anyone else, but im not interested in being the reason buffalo wing sauce ends up on the hotel sheets.
If im ever back in town (which i hope to never be because I don't like it here. No offense, im sure youre all lovely. But this heat is brutal), I would order again! "
"The portions were huge for the price. I'm used to paying $15 for pasta and getting a small to medium pan but the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and Penne Pesto came in the large aluminum pans. The salad came in a large pan as well! The Medium Pizza 12" and Garlic Bread was larger than expected. Everything was fresh and full of flavor and worth every penny in portion size! I will be ordering again very soon!"

We should've gotten 4 chicken fingers but we were only given 3 and one was tiny. They said it came in a "collectible box" but it was just a regular cardboard throw away box.
