The Hibachi Salmon has a generous portion of salmon and vegetables. It is good that the salmon filet was large, as I was not going to get away without sharing with my cats, who inhaled their share, hibachi sauce and all. The lunchbox doesn't cost much more than Hibachi Grll and is much tastier. The sauce is plentiful and flavorful. The green salad could use improvement. Apart from a small slice of tomato and a couple shreds of carrot, it was all iceberg lettuce. I would suggest switching to spring mix or offering it as an upgrade for those of us who want a more nutritious and interesting salad."
