"I have a few spots like Hook and a couple of others in my vicinity but I ALWAYS order from here for home and at work. They are VERY consistent and the value is what keeps me coming back. The ONLY issue I have and it's minor is that they need to separate the cole slaw from the hot foods because the slaw arrives just as hot as the chicken and that's not good but it's not a deal breaker. I'm ready to try the fish next and Hook's (Homewood/Fifth Ave) has the best catfish and I'm hoping Fish & Chicken Boss has better. I shall see next order."
"This spot is absolutely the BEST in the area when it comes to wings. Haven't had their fish yet but will in the very near future. The ONLY thing that I didn't like is that the coleslaw comes packaged with the hot chicken and it should arrive cold. Next time I order from them, I'll request having the slaw packaged separately from the hot foods. Wings were fresh and very tasty and not overly salted. Definitely one of my favorite fried food spots in Pittsburgh and are priced perfectly, unlike Hooks who are very expensive."

"Usually have good service from bravo unfortunately, tonight's meal was very disappointing. Ordered a a bowl of wedding soup received a cup. Ordered a chopped salad and received lettuce, chopped with onion nothing else and different dressing than what was advertised. In addition the bread was shoved into a bag with no dipping sauce and the fettuccine Alfredo was not even a dinner portion when I called and spoke to someone at bravo they told me they were sorry I had to call DoorDash and they were look into it. I don't know what the problem is there this evening but certainly, I will not be ordering from bravo in the near future if this is how they treat their customers and how they plan on investigating a poor dinner."
