The food was the worst I've ever gotten from Carl's. The chicken strips,just a bit larger than a competitor's Nugget were over fried to a deep burnt umber color and as hard as a rock. The fried were cold and hard as well. One burger was as expected. The other was disappointing swimming in ketchup and at least 1 of the Patties wasn't turned while cooking. It was only being so thin one could argue raw vs rare. pretty sad $35 for fast food. Not even able to add beverages because of costs and that is WITH a 50% off coupon.
