If Dr. Pepper was unavailable, no one notified me so I could swap it for another drink as I would've preferred to swap it for Sprite or sweet tea. I typically order earlier in the night between 7pm-10:30pm which I've received better service and portions from that time. However I ordered later around 12:15am/12:30am and I guess it's a different shift so the quality didn't really feel nearly as good as the earlier afternoon/nightshift gives. "It's alright, but not spectacular. Sushi portions are small for the price. Cooked food flavors aren't as robust as other Japanese places.
The Tuna Maki and Hamachi Scallion Maki were good but rolls were very small with six pieces. You really can't taste a big difference in fish quality compared to other places, so the price doesn't feel justified.
The Chicken Karaage was ok. Favor wasn't robust or complex. The sauce had some tang that didn't compliment the dish well. The portion was very small compared to other place like Hoka Hoka Fuku that give 2-3 times as much and cost a few dollars less with better flavor (sweetness).
The Yaki Ramen (Stir-fry Ramen) was generously portioned for the price. There was a good variety of protein and the grilled shrimp in it was excellent. The noodles were greasier than I would have liked but some people might enjoy it. There were slight bitter and burned tastes mixed with the umami flavors. Could have been more complex."

"I was already sold when they had my favorite roll (sweet potato roll), but I noticed they have a much larger selection of vegetarian rolls than most places and it isn't all just cucumber.
