"The chicken is always on point. Always fresh. Always hits with a unique flavor profile that doesn't disappoint. I can recommend the rice as a side. I wouldn't recommend the french fries though. Last time when my wife ordered from here there was a handful of french fires. We were pretty sure our dasher ate some though because the bag they were in was crumpled up. "It's alright, but not spectacular. Sushi portions are small for the price. Cooked food flavors aren't as robust as other Japanese places.
The Tuna Maki and Hamachi Scallion Maki were good but rolls were very small with six pieces. You really can't taste a big difference in fish quality compared to other places, so the price doesn't feel justified.
The Chicken Karaage was ok. Favor wasn't robust or complex. The sauce had some tang that didn't compliment the dish well. The portion was very small compared to other place like Hoka Hoka Fuku that give 2-3 times as much and cost a few dollars less with better flavor (sweetness).
The Yaki Ramen (Stir-fry Ramen) was generously portioned for the price. There was a good variety of protein and the grilled shrimp in it was excellent. The noodles were greasier than I would have liked but some people might enjoy it. There were slight bitter and burned tastes mixed with the umami flavors. Could have been more complex."
