The Bavarian Pretzels Sticks are not the same. They used to be great, today they were ok, as if they were mass produced from Restaurant Depot. Fish and Chips was a huge disappointment as it was consistently my favorite meal. Today, the portion was half the usual size. The "steak fries", which were $3 more than normal fries, were insulting. Thin, flimsy, soggy excuse for fries. For a steak fry, they were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. The way the carefully wapped the food was impressive. I have not seen that. The mixed steamed veggies were not soggy but crunchy and flavorful. The Medium Curried Chicken was a nice portionfor the price and very good. The rice and peas was fresh and wasn't dry or soggy, just right.
Although they delivered quicker than the estimated 30 mins, the food was a bit cold. I was also unable to choose between white rice or rice and peas, which I found odd. "

When I called, the person on the phone was rude from the start. First, he tried to blame the Dasher, then he said he made the food himself, and insisted the pizza and lasagna don’t come with oil. That’s hard to believe when my food was literally swimming in it, and I found other reviews from people saying the same thing about the excessive oil.
Instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, they argued with me and dismissed my concerns. Between the awful food and the terrible customer service, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Save your money and go somewhere else."
