Maybe they gave us an extra leg to make up for no breasts. You would expect a 12 piece mix to include at least 2 breasts, but there were none. The chicken was too spicy for the kids. They liked the mac n cheese- it was a pretty simple and kid friendly side. We were sent the wrong fries- we received wedges- they have a lot of spice on them- kids wouldn't eat them and we threw them out. Everything is pretty spicy. Im not sure about the people saying they gave it to their dogs. Seems too spicy for dogs.

"It was good, not much of a wow, but it was good. There wasn't very much pork on my Smoky Pulled Pork Sandwich, but it had good flavor for what was there. The mashed potatoes and corn bread were delicious. I'd pass on the fried strawberry shortcake dessert, or was literally just one of those store bought strawberry roll cakes and they deep fried it. The wings were hearty sized & a nice crispy, but not much sauce on them."

"I had heard great things about honeygrow so I was excited to try it out, I was very disappointed.
I got the spicy garlic noodles with the sauce mixed in. The noodles were sticky, like they hadn't been rinsed with water after being cooked, that I was able to hold everything in the container up on my fork like a popsicle stick.
Then I got the "shrimp Cesar salad" started at $10. The portion was small, like a side salad. And there was no shrimp. When I went back, I saw you can "choose your protein" for an extra fee. Adding shrimp would increase the price to $15 which, after hate eating the plain salad, I don't think is even worth it."

"The applesauce was four dollars. The description is hot baked apples with cinnamon. It came in a little plastic container a quarter of the way full and tasted like it was poured from a metal can. Plain flavored no cinnamon. That's an insane amount of money for less applesauce than you'd get in a Mott's kids size to go pack. The seafood sampler description and picture shows plump scallops, shrimp, crab cake and piece of fish. The scallops were tiny and had a fishy taste, the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, the fish was completely flavorless. The crabcake was the only part that was edible although all stuffing and average in taste. Maybe it was an off night for the restaurant but I would not recommend either of these choices if they were free. Very unfortunate."
