The chow mein was a lot a large pieces of cabbage and very few noodles. The sweet fire chicken was mostly pineapple with a few pieces of meat. The kung pow chicken literally had what appeared to be the thick scrapings from the bottom of the pan. It was very disappointing. "I moved to Indiana from NYC ten years ago and was ready to give up on bibimbap here after loving it in Korea-town in NYC. I dont know what the f "bibibap"'s fast food version is supposed to be but it does not even compare to what I just had.
I got the beef bibimbap and OMG it was soo delicious. Came with cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, lettuce, kimchi, some other pickled veggie similar to kimchi, sprouts and another julienned vegetable thin and white (turnips? unsure). The rice was so soft, everything went together in a heavenly way - the packaging was really cool with all the pickled veggies in a lid/container on top of the hot food so you could pick what you want to add in (instead of eating it all salad/bowl style) with your chopsticks as you go. You'd think that wouldn't make a difference, but it does.
Healthy, satisfying and tons leftover. Unsure how I have never seen this restaurant before (maybe because it closes early at 7) but I have a new healthy favorite."
