My driver had to wait a few minutes on my food, meaning that my drink was made some time before the driver had arrived (it took approximately 25 minutes from order to delivered). My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. I will, however, go back to spending less elsewhere if there are too many repeata of today's service."

"I have made it my mission to eat at That Lebanese Place every time I am visiting Springfield for work. Usually dine-in, where the owner is more than helpful and willing to help you navigate a foreign menu and even choose the best dishes for your american friends who may not be that culinarily inclined.
This time I didn't want to drive down there so I ordered from DoorDash. And wow, the quality and attention to detail even carries through to their delivery, which is surprising as this is something that's often lost in translation with other restaurants that are good in person but fail on delivery.
In my opinion, you can have an amazing adventure just getting the appetizers. My favorite is Baba Ghanoush (a smokey and savory version of hummus) and Labneh (which they make in house so its not always available), with plenty of extra pita bread.
Everything I've ever eaten here has been amazing and I constantly bring my friends and family out to sample it for a treat of a time.
Go crazy and get something delivered, but you must eventually go down to the restaurant so you can try the Turkish Coffee and Turkish Tea. Just make sure its like early afternoon at the latest because you will be wired. They like it strong it Turkey apparently"

"Delicious. All white meat cashew chicken perfect size, the perfect amount of breading and a wonderful savory sweet sauce. Chicken came crisp although it had sauce on it and I always order extra sauce to put over my rice that I top it with this wonderful cashew chicken.  Woila' I have a restaurant quality dish on my table. Be sure and order the green onions and the cashews from your side menu.
