If you've had lamb, you know it can be hit or miss. Not here. Every time I have had it (several times) it's melted in my mouth. The spices are well balanced, delicious but don't overpower it.

"Oh my where should start. I tried lamb about 10 years ago(not halal) and it was absolutely disgusting.
