There also weren't that many pieces. I was surprised it costed $6 additional for a small amount of chicken. "The Kao Mun Guy was mediocre. There was only a little meat. It wasn't as tender or juicy, and was room temperature. The rice it came with was flavorful and quite yellow. I don't know if it's due to artificial coloring or boullion cubes. The chicken and cilantro broth was a bit salty and tasted like chicken boullion powder. I was hoping it would be made from scratch. The best thing I ate were the spring rolls. They were fresh and well wrapped. The only thing I wish that was different was the chicken used. The chicken was so chopped up that you couldn't eat feel or chew the texture. They used the same chopped chicken in the broth too. I prefer pull apart chicken for more texture and wholesomeness. Other than that, everything was well packaged and came with our names on them."

"Holy smokes, this is one ofthe best meals I've had in a long time. The Shawarma Fries were absolutely amazing -- I got beef and that was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The hot sauce wasn't overly spicy but gave it a little kick, the veggies were good, and the fries were great -- the whole thing was awesome and the portion was huge and resulted in leftovers (and I can eat a lot). Absolutely 10/10 and would order that again!! I also got a mango Lassi which was delicious -- also recommend! The Naan was good but sitting in the bag with my hot food made it sort of soggy by the time it got here; it was well made but unfortunately not a great texture when I ate it. "Watch out, the Banana Lassi has some like of nuts (crushed pecans or walnuts) in it! For me personally, that really ruined it, I wish they would have mentioned it on their menu.
The lamb Rosh* was really really delicious! Super tender with a wonderful flavour. My only complaint is that there was a *lot* of fat on it. It also came with a potato instead of tomatoes, though I actually prefer that. Just another thing to be aware of.

I thought I was ordering PEPPER which seems to be the flavor of African or fusion inspired dishes or restaurants. The menu pictures can list vanilla ice cream, but it would still be PEPPER! I absolutely hate that, but to my surprise-it was one of the most delicious places I've had in the cities!!! It's a mix of African/Somali with Mediterranean and omg YUMMY! Please don't hesitate! And the portion size was HUGE! Let me emphasize HUGE!!!!! ENORMOUS! One meal could easily feed 2 people! On top of that, they placed my sauces neatly sealed on the side- in a separate bag, along with napkins, fork/spoon, a pita & hummus and a side salad!
