In fact, they were extremely bland, and to make matters worse, mine had an off-putting flavor. They hardly had any filling and barely any cabbage. Considering they aren’t cheap, my disappointment was even greater. I genuinely believe they should rethink their name because these certainly didn’t resemble the egg rolls I once loved. Honestly, even a dash of salt could have made a difference—anything to enhance the flavor. I'm not trying to be rude, but this egg roll honestly tasted exactly like a spoonful of ground beef without any salt or pepper. (friends agreed) Perhaos we just got a bad batch and they forgot seasoning that day and the filling, but it was bad, certaing not worth $19+."
