My wife did like her BBQ Vermicelles de porc barbecue / BBQ Pork Vermicelli but she did add Japanese BBQ sauce we recently picked up from Costco to make it saucier and add some flavour.
For the apps we went with Petits pains frais (2 morceaux) / Fresh Rolls (2 Pieces) & Rouleaux de printemps (2 morceaux) / Spring Rolls (2 Pieces) and they were fine, although 1 of the spring rolls was very doughy. We didn't enjoy their dipping sauces therefore we used the Costco sauce for these as well.
Over it was disappointing, and I was sooo looking forward to a new Vietnamese restaurant. "
