"I've lived in Ashland for ten years and had never eaten here. Good food. Norweigen Trout Benedict was tasty. The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! Like fancy nacho cheese. :) The polenta is crispy. I dipped it in the leftover sauces. "

The lemon on the side is *chef's kiss* when squeezed on top of the cocktail sauce. Their delicious Ranch is made in-house, so it is much better than the pre-packaged nasty stuff.
