Not only did I get a cheese pull when pulling my first slice away from the rest, but the crust was so soft and just the right amount of Pretzel salt, too. The pepperoni were perfectly cooked (slightly chewy with a slight crispiness around the edges). "I've lived in Ashland for ten years and had never eaten here. Good food. Norweigen Trout Benedict was tasty. The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! Like fancy nacho cheese. :) The polenta is crispy. I dipped it in the leftover sauces. "
