The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! "Shrimp Linguini Alfredo not as good as my home made but pretty dang wonderful for a chain restaurant. Lots of shrimp, pasta and shrimp cooked perfectly. over cooked shrimp can be chewy and this was just right, nit mention there were a lot of shrimp. No scimping here! Pasta was perfectly al dente. Salad unfortunately was a bagged salad you could tell but was not bad. The Alfredo had good flavor but was a bit watery and the pasta could have used a bit more salt.
