"Blue Wasabi was my go-to sushi spot on DoorDash—and I truly loved it. Their Salmon Don was always fresh and delicious, and the flying fish roe (one of my absolute favorites) was both tasty and very reasonably priced compared to other sushi places in the area. I also appreciated how generous they were with their portions. I was such a loyal customer that I’d order from them two to three times a week—sometimes even twice in one day! Unfortunately, I recently ran into an issue. When I tried to reorder my usual items, I received an error message saying some things were unavailable. I waited a few days and tried again, but the problem persisted. It turns out the ordering platform changed, and I can no longer leave special instructions or find options to request no ginger or no wasabi. This is a serious issue for me, as I have a severe allergy to both. I only ever asked them to be careful when handling my food because of this—and now I can’t communicate that at all. It breaks my heart, but I can no longer safely order from Blue Wasabi, and that’s a big loss for me. It truly was my favorite place to order from, and I hope they consider bringing back customization options for those of us with allergies or dietary restrictions."
