"The big knockout was a disappointment from previous order. For the price it's too salty and the customizations aren't honored. From a dozen dinner rolls left out to two missing baked potatoes in a single order, or even mix-ups with salads etc. But I always forgive them. Why? Because the food is fresh and delicious.
The in-person crew? Adorable—I can’t get mad at them. For home-style food in this neighborhood, it’s as reliable as it gets. And honestly, I’m fond of their baked potatoes and Coconut Cream Pie. "Had the pulled pork and chopped beef plate with p-salad and bbq beans. It wasn't horrible but I'm not giving a thumbs up because I had the impression that it was prepared by employees who really didn't give a "f". The portions seemed a little small and the bread they provided was a little burned on the bottom. I just wasn't satisfied given the money I spent and on their food. And the taste didn't seem to be on par with another Dickey's (Coppell) I ordered from in the past. The pecan pie wedge seemed small for the price too. I doubt I'll be calling on them again."
