The Saturday/Sabado/ Sunday/Domingo (Menudo) arrived warm so I had to microwave it to get it steaming hot. The soup had great flavor, but they didn't send any oregano topping, just onion, cilantro, lime, jalapeño. There were annoying, tiny pieces of bone attached to the meat and very little posole. The menudo was good, but I've had better at the historic Herrera's Cafe or Tipico's. My vegetarian daughter ordered tostadas and they topped 'em generously with avocado instead of meat on request. ¡Gracias! Appeciate the care and customization in making the three Tostada individual/single tostada. My son enjoyed a juicy, grilled Hamburguesa de guacamole / Guacamole Burger.
