"I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck.. Same goes for the Double cheeseburger combo but only for the unseasoned part. I understand being considerate of medical issues like high blood pressure but i think you should be able to know how to at least LIGHTLY salt your food enough so that it can have some flavor and nobody gets hurt. If the restaurant sees this, I recommend going for low/no sodium seasonings. I love potato wedges but they needed an extra minute. The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. I did this just for the simple reason that I like Tuna Salad and wanted to enjoy it again later in the day. However; when I bit into the first sandwich I was very disappointed with 1 major part of the sandwich.
Yes, I had requested No tomatoes on either sandwiches (that is what I got -- thank you). The service area did add more lettuce than I expected (thank you, again). The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me.
