"I've been ordering from Dunkin'Donuts for a long time now. The very first time I ever ordered a frozen coffee and an iced caramel latte, they were amazing. They were sweet but not too sweet, the frozen coffee was actually thick like a frozen drink should be, and the iced latte was not water down and had the perfect amount of ice in it. Both had great flavor to them. From that point on, I would say that ONCE out of every SEVEN times I would order those drinks, it would actually be made just like it was the first time. Like they're supposed to be made. One out of Seven times. I recently moved here from Myrtle Beach & ordered from multiple locations of DD there as well. And same thing. 1 out of 7. I would order from three or four different locations, hoping that someone at one of those locations would be able to make them the way they are supposed to be made. I found that the one time I would get it right, it was made by the manager of the store. I actually have a picture of three different frozen coffees from three different stores, ALL of them were different colors and different consistency's. They were either watered down and not thick at all, or it would have zero cream in it and it would taste like I was drinking frozen coffee beans, or the opposite where it had zero coffee in it and tasted like I was drinking frozen milk.  it was either not sweet at all or so sweet it was like I was drinking straight sugar. At six dollars per drink, and once out of every seven times I order the drink, it's a lot of wasted money and frustration. I never like to complain but I eventually went to one of the stores and showed them the picture. I have also sent in comments saying that all the employees from every location need to be trained on how to make all the drinks so everyone makes them the same way. Even my regular hot coffees I would order, I requested six creams and six sugars. Again maybe one time I would receive it where it actually tasted like it had sugar in it. Every other time, I would have to add my own cream and my own sugar once it got delivered. If I would ask for extra ice with the lattes, I rarely received it. And all the frozen drinks would be delivered half frozen and I would have to put it in the freezer and wait to drink it. But… The ONE time I would get the drinks right, they were perfect. My hot coffee had the perfect amount of cream and sugar in it, the frozen coffee was thick and I did not have to put it in my freezer, and the iced caramel latte had extra ice so that the drink was not watered down when I got it and all of them tasted perfect and how they should be. Again, the employees of every store need to be trained the exact same way and learn that if a customer asks for six creams and six sugars, they should put exactly that in it every time so is that the drinks taste the same every time someone orders it. I moved here and the same thing started happening. I would receive the drinks melted and disappointing. But then one night a had to order from a different store that was 7 miles away because the closer store had taken themselves off the app temporarily for whatever reason. To my delight, it was the first time since I've been here that I received my drinks the way they should be without me having to alter them in any way. I ordered from a different store the next day and once again I was disappointed. So the next day I purposely ordered from the store that was 7 miles away and again, they were made perfectly. I tried to call that store to thank them but no one ever answers the phone. Hopefully this review is attached to the store that this order came from and that they will see it. It's 10:30 PM now and I received the drinks perfect. I have also ordered them at 2 o'clock in the morning and again they were perfect. I don't know if it's the same person that is making them or not. That's why I mentioned the time I received them. Whoever has made these drinks, I thank you and commend you for taking the time to make my drinks the way they should be. Even my hashbrowns are better than they've ever been, actually taste like they are cooked and not just warmed in the microwave and mushy. I've been in retail and food myself, and my motto would always be treat the customer the way I would want to be treated. Treat the order or the food or whatever it is, the way I would want someone to treat my order. The employees that don't care or don't pay attention to what they are making, are The same ones that would call and complain when someone didn't take the time to make their food correctly. I know it's small in this big world of problems, but we have to start somewhere. If people would just start caring about others, treating people the way they want to be treated, starting with making A drink that taste like you care, maybe the world would become a better place. I've never written a review like this or review this long before. But it's a little things that can make someone's day. Most of the time people just complain. I wanted to at least acknowledge that someone did something right this time. From now on, my orders will be going to the one that is 7 miles away versus the one that is only 3 miles away. I will stop rambling on and on now and end it with another thank you! "

"I have been hooked on boba tea since I first tasted it while living in South Carolina( I know, of all places...). When we moved back to Ohio, I couldn't find it anywhere and was jonesing for boba tea for years. Now, I can get it at several different places!
My personal favorite is Pearl Tea. I really like Pearl Tea's boba tea, it's a perfect blend of ingredients.
I especially appreciate the options Pearl gives the customer: I can ask for less ice, and make my tea less sweet. That was my only criticism of boba tea in general, it could be too sweet.
Having the option of less sweet allows me to enjoy my treat AND have a bit less guilt! Plus, I think boba tea is better less sweet.
Thank you Pearl Tea for allowing me to continue to "have my tea and" enjoy it more.
I have one suggestion: make your straws optional. I almost always have an extra straw or (ten) lying around my kitchen and it seems not only wasteful that I get more straws with every order, but it's also not good for the environment . If you make straws optional,you will probably save some of your cost, and you'll be doing a good thing by reducing plastic waste. "

However, last time I ordered I ordered a Morsi - Cookie Dough (Gluten Friendly). Always a delicious option, and something I often order for whoever I work with as well. But it was substituted with a Morsi - Peanut Butter (Whole Wheat). Which is also absolutely delicious. However, I'm lucky I was only ordering one for myself that day, because I wasn't aware that the peanut butter one was whole wheat. Which could've been a huge problem for my coworker who is severely allergic to gluten. Not an intolerance... allergic. So my only complaint is that if you are to substitute something that is gluten free with something that isn't, please be more diligent to mention that the substitute is not gluten free, because I wasn't aware that the peanut butter morsi existed, let alone that it was not gluten free. Otherwise, no complaints. Phenomenal coffee!"

I've been slowly becoming vegan and trying out the best recipes, etc. When I tell you that the Spicy Garlic with rice noodles, tofu, green beans, broccoli, red pepper flakes, crunchy onions, and red onions is FANTASTIC - I mean it with my entire soul. If you don't like tofu, this sauce completely covers any tofu taste. The rice noodles mask any tofu texture and everything is cooked perfectly and combined incredibly! The Spicy Garlic sauce is flavorful and VERY spicy! I adore that their cutlery is all made with plant starch to reduce plastic waste. The Strawberry Guava Lemonade is very good, a very mild and not sour lemonade. I enjoyed it! The Roasted Tomato Focaccia is amazing and fresh tasting, along with the Olive Oil Focaccia Bread with Garlic Butter Sauce. The garlic butter sauce tastes VERY good. Overall a very filling and satisfying meal that will entirely replace any fast food restaurant for me hands down. I am 1000% ordering here again, and again, and again!"
