And usually the cake part of chocolate cakes/cupcakes is pretty bland or bitter but their chocolate cake itself is good. The coffee is good, but they only offer a small size. And I was pleased by the pretty pink bakery box. However... The vanilla cupcake was kind of sad altogether and was strangely cold, as though thawed from frozen? The cupcakes in general were all quite small and the cake was dwarfed by icing it couldn't hold up. The taste (and tiny size) isn't exceptional enough to warrant $4/each; the store-bought, whipped icing 6pk for $5.99 at a local supermarket is a better deal. And the chocolate chip cookies are mid - I personally think McDonald's (which are probably Otis Spunkmeyer) are better. "I gave this place 4 stars because it was by no means bad, but it also wasnt particularly satisfying. It was bland, but not disappointing enough to get 3 stars. I got the Original Cheesesteak with both provolone and cheese wiz. I expected it to be quite cheesy, but I really couldnt taste any cheese at all. This was my first time ordering so maybe they forgot one or both of the cheeses? Otherwise, the bread was good and the meat was good although underseasoned, as were the veggies. We also got the cleveland cheesesteak and again, while the meat was pretty good, the whole thing was underseasoned. The filling to bread ratio was spot on, but for the price, they were small. The fries were pretty good but I dont think they're fresh cut as advertised. "

"I have been hooked on boba tea since I first tasted it while living in South Carolina( I know, of all places...). When we moved back to Ohio, I couldn't find it anywhere and was jonesing for boba tea for years. Now, I can get it at several different places!
My personal favorite is Pearl Tea. I really like Pearl Tea's boba tea, it's a perfect blend of ingredients.
I especially appreciate the options Pearl gives the customer: I can ask for less ice, and make my tea less sweet. That was my only criticism of boba tea in general, it could be too sweet.
Having the option of less sweet allows me to enjoy my treat AND have a bit less guilt! Plus, I think boba tea is better less sweet.
Thank you Pearl Tea for allowing me to continue to "have my tea and" enjoy it more.
I have one suggestion: make your straws optional. I almost always have an extra straw or (ten) lying around my kitchen and it seems not only wasteful that I get more straws with every order, but it's also not good for the environment . If you make straws optional,you will probably save some of your cost, and you'll be doing a good thing by reducing plastic waste. "
"The Strawberry Lemonade Sparkling with strawberry boba is the best drink to have by the pool or anywhere! We probably drive the employees crazy because my mom, sister and I order these ALL THE TIME. I can never find any other drink at the other boba places that match this one. We still have some hot days left to enjoy them by the pool! Yay!"
