Other places I've tried in the area have dishes that are just too sweet without the depth of flavor, or fresh veggies, that I'm looking for. This dish was the best I've had so far! Warning: it is HOT. It seems to have dried chiles (Thai Birdseye maybe?) and that left coarse bits of skin and seeds in the dish, and a little more heat than I prefer (and I LIKE spicy!)
