"We recently ordered from 30Hop and had the best meal! Our food arrived exactly as we ordered it and looked even better than the pictures. The Salmon Zen Bowl was one of the best rice bowls I've ever had with a large piece of well seasoned salmon and full of many different fresh veggies. The sandwiches were cooked to perfection and loaded with fresh ingredients. The portions were definitely more than we could eat and tasted great the next day. We can't wait to order from 30Hop again and try more of their amazing food! A great location and a must visit if you are in Ankeny!"
"First time customer, and unfortunately, more of the items I ordered were disappointing than enjoyable.
The Wings: Boneless was easily the best item. I actually ended up using it as the protein for the noodle dish because the crispy chicken that came with the Yakisoba Bowl had a strange texture and wasn’t enjoyable. I’m glad I ordered the boneless wings because they gave me an alternative.
The Truffle Fries were also disappointing. You could smell a slight hint of truffle oil, and you could clearly see the cheese on top, but there was very little flavor overall. They tasted bland and didn’t resemble the truffle fries I’ve had elsewhere.
The Very Berry Salad was another miss. The yogurt based dressing (I’m assuming that’s what it was) was extremely sweet. At first, I honestly thought it was a diluted icing because it was that sweet. I couldn’t eat it. The balsamic that came with it was also extremely thick, almost like a paste or molasses. It just didn’t feel appropriate for a lighter salad with fruit. The dressing should complement the dish rather than overpower it.
Unfortunately, overall, this was not a successful purchase, and I wouldn’t order from here again.
One other thing worth mentioning: there was plenty of room in my bag to properly secure it with staples or tape. It’s always disappointing when a restaurant misses that simple opportunity to provide an additional layer of security and reassurance that the order hasn’t been tampered with. Staples and a stapler are inexpensive, so this seems like an easy step that could improve the customer experience."

"I ordered the Scorno’s Original Italian Grinder and Limoncello Mascarpone Cake. The Grindr was spicy yet flavorful! I only like my grandmas grinder but this ine is definitely the next contender! However for the show off, the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake was absolutely to die for! It was so flavorful! Light and airy with the lemon flavor! It was probably the best dessert I have had in YEARS!!!"
"The sautéed veggies in my pasta may as well have been raw. The Alfredo had ZERO flavor and adding my own seasoning and chicken after couldn't help. They forgot to package up one of my desserts and my salad dressing. Salad was boring, meager, and came with exactly 1 cucumber slice and 1.5 banana pepper slices. Cheesecake slice was small also. For the price I paid I won't bother again here."
