The bread on the sandwich does get wet from the sautéed onions but that can easily be changed with a few minutes in an air fryer or oven. Because of how it is made, it comes that way as a takeout or dine in sandwich so that's good to know if you don't like any of your bread wet. The Build Your Own Omelet was large and had the appropriate amount of ingredients selected. The Glazed Blueberry Bread is a very good seasonal option. "If you're nervous about trying vegan foods like I was, take a chance on this place! I've always been a big fruit fan, so I came here to get a Peanut Butter banana smoothie (which was, of course, excellent) but I've been trying to get more veggies in my diet so I decided to try the Mexican Quesadilla as well. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! Totally packed with yummy seasoned veggies and beans, and it came with a side of this spicy ranch sauce that just made it perfect. I only have to warm anybody against eating it over your desk at work because it does get a little messy, but that's just because it's so packed. I felt very satisfied after eating, even without any meat."
