Although I'm from New England and used to the freshest seafood available, this is a very good substitute. The flounder fell apart, which is the way I like my fish cooked,it was delicious and the shrimp although small, was very tasty as well. The hush puppies were very different from the way my previous roommate made them, but I prefer the way this restaurant made them, as they were very flavorful onion-wise.
