I wanted to try everything so I ordered Pit Beans, Brisket Chili, Cornbread, and Collard Greens. Everything I tasted was absolutely filled with flavor and the chili, pit beans, and greens all had huge chunks of meats. Everything was a lil on the spicy side if youre not a spicy eater but I am and it was incredible. Everything was packaged nicely and still piping hot upon arrival. I recommend trying them at least once. I'll be a return customer. Good portions and was not too pricy. "
"The candied bacon is dangerous! My blood pressure is probably upset with me, but my belly is glad! The portions on the Pit Master Bundle are generous, especially given the price. If you get the bundle, then I suggest getting a second set of sides because the bundle is a lot of meat.

"I got the two-piece white chicken meal, with Shack potatoes, and added a side of cole slaw. Although a little pricey, I really loved it. Slaw was a bit sweet for me. but still good, and most reviewers seem to like it that way. I really appreciated that you sent it in a separate bag so that it didn't get warmed by the chicken and potatoes, which arrived nice and warm. And after all, what good is friend chicken without slaw. Potatoes also were delish. Chicken, too, very good, but a little too much breading for me. It was, however, cooked perfectly, nice and crunchy on the outside, juicy chicken. Yum. I just try to avoid fried foods but do splurge every so often. So, I didn't eat most of the coating, but did sneak some, so good. Also, potatoes, perfectly cooked and such a generous portion that I couldn't finish them all. II am a rather light eater, so even have a bit of chicken breast left over for a little snack later on or tomorrow.
Shack chicken and sides are the best. I plan to have a picnic for kids and grandkids soon. I'm going to get plenty of chicken, potatoes, and slaw, and will add some ribs. I haven't tried them yet but will get them the next time I order from you. I hope they are as good as everything else.
Anyway, so pleased with my meal, and highly recommend. Much better than your biggest competitor (you know who), and other chicken places.
A little P.S., I make my own "buffalo" type sauce, which is good on chicken and potatoes. I use ketchup, melted butter and "Frank's" hot sauce. Everyone loves it.

"The tenderloin steak bites were pretty good. The mushrooms were flavorful and the steak was tender. The Cobb salad was not as great as the previous times I've had it. The lettuce was droopy and tasted a bit stale. The avocado was over ripe and full of browning and strings. It lacked all flavor. However, they gave ample portions of the salad dressing and bacon bits. The fries were good, but arrived cold. I don't totally fault the restaurant for that one. I'd probably order the steak bites again, but unsure about the salad."

Very fresh salad - fresh crisp lettuce, crisp and firm cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, fresh carrots with the Roast Turkey Dinner , still had a bit of firmness to the carrots. The turkey, mashed potatoes, and dressing were incredible, seasoned just right. I just sprinkled a little black pepper on the potatoes. There was even a small side of cranberry sauce.
