Chicken was tender. Vegetables and cashews perfectly cooked and crunchy. Garlicky! A lot like a Kung Pao with cashews instead of peanuts and no black pepper. Sweet and sour pork had crunchy batter, tender pork, sauce has a lemony citrus flavor.

The dish cost $30, but it arrived with mostly bone and very little edible meat (photo attached). I tried contacting the restaurant directly, but no one answered my calls. "I spent the extra $3 for a large chicken and Chicken & Beef. Good portions for sure. They didn't lack on the teryaki sauce, it was the perfect amount of sauce to get tasty rice but not over do it. The chicken doesnt have chewy chunks of conective tissue, so it appears that they use care when cutting the chicken up. The beef is tender and has a great and distinct flavor. "The katsu on first glance appeared to be overcooked.....BUT it wasn't. The chicken teriyaki was great too......it was chicken teriyaki with a spicy Korean twist to it. I was a bit concerned when I saw the red chili speck but it was just right. Some of the other places tend to go a little heavy on the hot but this was just right. Nothing in the order was presauced which made it at least initially not as appealing at first glance but now that I think about it I think this is a much better way to do teriyaki....so that you can add the sauces as it suits you. If you are a katsu afficianoda the tonkatsu sauce was just right....Definitely will reorder/revisit.
