El Borracho in Ballard was my favorite until they went Vegan. I was a bartender there for ayear before Covid hit. Their selection was huge and had many the same types although unique in their own way. I've beenearthing for a similar tasto since and today. I've finally found something that competes.The cachete OMG or Cabeza is so tender and delicits in flavor. The green salsa is perfect. Their al Pastor actuslly has Pineapple which around here is rare. Weird right? The meat could be sliced a different way so it holds more juice but the flavor it there. The Pollo is on point. Seasonings. Toppings. Everything. I was missing 1 pollo Taco on my order but idc. I was full from the 4 I ordered. All in all 5 stars. Maybe cut the pork in a juicier way amd bigger pineapple chunks but that's just me. The verde was pretty good but the Chile relleno was the worst I've ever had and was completely inedible. The portion sizes for cost & quality all together was a huge waste of money.
