Keylime Pie individual
Key lime pie gets its name from the famous citrus region--the Florida Keys. We start out by making a graham cracker crust from graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Next we fill it with a rich homemade lime filling and bake. After cooling, we add a fresh real whipped cream topping, and it's ready to go. The end result is best described by tasting, but is similar in consistency to a lemon chiffon pie only made with limes and topped with real whipped cream. This dessert is light and fluffy, a perfect combination with BBQ.

"I tried the Shrimp Taco Salad. I'm glad a new item was added to the menu, but no. Aren't Taco Salads supposed to come in a shell? This was basically their Bowl with lettuce added lol. I asked for Chipotle Sauce, which usually comes in the side. This thing was drowning in sauce. I couldn't enjoy it. It did have about a dozen shrimp so that's a plus but I truly wish they would explore other seasonings besides salt. The shrimp was salty, with no other flavors. Not even the seafood flavor that shrimp has lol. I've been going to Mells since day one, so it is a new item, I'll give them a chance to perfect it."
