The appetizer is a large portion of deep fried mushrooms. I had to peel off the fried breading to taste the flavorful which do burst with flavor. Tim Tam® Brownie Cake** was the cookies, the "brownie" was as soft as the mouse and peanut butter. They were fairly delicious though. Again as far as like authentic latin maybe. I can not say for certain as I am Mexican and I have a certain expectation. This was much less filling and worth the money. For a burrito I would rather hit el rey burro in yelm, or even alibertos in lacey/olympia. It definitely was lackluster in its entirety. However!, The tortillas for the tacos, were the best I have had in WA so far.
