"Ever since Miso & I met, the classic bowl (as is) has been my weakness. From the sweet corn slaw to the spicy kimchi, having super greens on the side ends up blending well. Making the sweet and spicy start to mellow out. The only difference is the type of protein that i used. "Ok, I've done my comparisons now for available falafel downtown and this one is the best! Nineveh's is flavorless in comparison (or at least it was when I tried it), and this is much higher quality of ingredients than the walk-up joint on 4th.
Key highlights: The chef used a smaller dice on the veggies so they were easier to consume with the falafel and in a pita, and the pickles were a nice zesty treat. The hummus plate is delicious. And while I haven't tried the hummus at the walk up pita place on 4th, I did try Nineveh's and found theirs to be a bit too garlicky for my taste. And here at OlymPITA they toss olive oil and spices on top, which blend well with the rest of the meal. Yummy!

They were fairly delicious though. Again as far as like authentic latin maybe. I can not say for certain as I am Mexican and I have a certain expectation. This was much less filling and worth the money. For a burrito I would rather hit el rey burro in yelm, or even alibertos in lacey/olympia. It definitely was lackluster in its entirety. However!, The tortillas for the tacos, were the best I have had in WA so far. I will not be ordering them again but it is not bad, I looked into their location and the pics are very much an experience which may make the food issues i had be overlooked but i was eating this at my dinner table and found it lackluster.
