The receipt clearly said chicken parm. Whatever this sandwich was, it was not chicken parm. "Tzatziki was so bland, it only tasted like yogurt. No cucumber, lemon, dill, mint literally anything was present flavor wise. It was put in a flimsy plastic container that broke (not just opened) before i could walk 20 feet to my car and spilled over my other items. Another item was cancelled on me last minute and was not mentioned until I arrived at the location. They then put on the app that the item was substituted (it was not) so if i had not taken a picture of my order, i would've had to pay full price for something I never received. The server/cashier also yelled at me over other customers to close my order before I left which was unimaginably unprofessional and rude. "
