I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious Southern-style chicken, greens and grits dinner. The flavors and textures of this meal perfectly captured the comfort and heartiness of classic Southern cooking.
The chicken was juicy and tender, with crispy browned skin and a perfect blend of savory herbs and spices in the breading. It was fried to crispy perfection without being the least bit greasy. The meat was moist and fell right off the bone.
