"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."

"Great portions, food arrived warm and neatly put together! Never tried this brunch place before and I was very pleased."
"Nothing about my order was good. I ordered the Salmon Benedict with a side of bacon and a side of pancake with an orange juice. The bagel wasn't toasted (it was more doughy), the salmon was hard and very fishy, the bacon was cold, the hollandaise sauce had an awful flavor, my pancakes didn't come with syrup, and my whole meal came with no utensils, straw, or napkins. If I was supposed to request utensils, straws, napkins, or syrup, I didn't see it listed. Ended up having to go to hotel lobby to get utensils but they didn't have syrup so I get to eat dry pancakes. I would not order from here again."

"The Smoked Salmon Benedict is by far the most underwhelming and overpriced Benedict I have ever seen, if you could even call it that. One egg was completely cooked while the other was undercooked. The menu says regular Hollandaise sauce......yet there is none in sight. Extremely disappointed. Latte was ok, but its hard to mess up coffee. "
