I surprised myself by ordering the BAKED SEA BREAM FISH, I'm not sure why but it just sounded good. and it was. so buttery and tender! rice pilaf was great too, packaged so you can customize how much pepper and onion you want to mix with the rice. the LAHMAJUN was so unexpected and tasty too. the relish mix (tomato onion lemon and seasoning) was great, though would have liked it even more if there was sour cream or yogurt with it. all in all, very worth the price!"

"My order was correct and the food was good. If you are ordering the kabab plates, I suggest choosing the 1/2 rice 1/2 salad option for your meal. There is still plenty of rice and you get the salad. I compared prices of the three Mediterranean restaurant choices in the area with the same items and this one was the least expensive pre tipping and no delivery fee. The only difference is the other places give two chicken kababs in their meals. Gyro FM Grill gives one with the chicken plate (kafta plate has two). However, one kabab is fine for me. The chunks are large. If you want two, you can add an additional kabab by scrolling to the end of the menu and choosing which meat you would like. I don't eat much so I will get 3 meals out of this one dish and be full from each set of leftovers. I'm visiting from out of state and there are no Mediterranean food options where I live so I ordered extra food to freeze and take back home to my husband. Haha! He is going to be so happy. "I got the Berliner bowl and extra protein, two sides of zesty feta which didn't taste zesty at all.
The flavor lacked severely in the entire meal. I've heard this is like Cava for Portland sooo that makes me never want cava.
The rice was underseasoned but well cooked. No salt added. The pickled onions didn't have the brightness it needed. The chips in the bowl had no seasoning. The slaw was the most disappointing because it looks so good but has no flavor. I rarely write reviews but I was so hesitant to try this place because of the popular reviews and how they've led me astray before. "Well.....The lamb and beef were both tender and delicious, as well as being enough for two. Unfortunately, the rest of my order was disappointing! the chicken wings which were supposedly deep fried, looked nothing like the gallery photo, and instead were yellow, undercooked and depressingly soggy. I will have to finish them in my air fryer, which is lame. There were only 3 whole wings total in this 14$ item, not enough for 2 unless it is a tasting menu. The rice and parsley salad that came with the Schwarma were only enough for one person also. The lebneh was enough for 2 people, but the mint that the description on the menu made it sound like was part of the item, was actually only a garnish and I had to tear the leaves off to get any of the mint. The pita was also disappointing- I recommend going to Barbur World Foods for their home made pita bread. And then there was the sad, tiny sized Baklava that was both crunchy and filled with granules of pistachios. The food was 85$ too much."
