The picture on the door dash menu is of a cooked, ready to eat product and there are no indicators that one would receive something other than that. The restaurant is represented on door dash as a fast food option for ready-to-eat baked goods; not a grocery store. I called the store and was told that they only bake the product if requested. However, it is clear on door dash that the store opts not to take special requests. I have received hot food from this place before.
As I would guess all of their products are shipped to them frozen and prepackaged, there is no expectation of a frozen pot pie being delivered to one's door anymore than there is an expectation of a frozen apple pie being delivered. If they were out of the prepared product, they should have called and advised the customer."

"I the 1/2 Dozen (Choose 6) empanadas. I got two Americanas, two chicken and two beef. The beef was tasty and my sons liked the other flavors. The dough tasted frozen and the size was smaller than I expected. It was the size of a Hostess fruit pie. There was a little cheese in them. I have been searching for really good empanadas these were fine. I would order again but maybe sit in the restaurant and eat."
