"As always, the food was great. The prob is that I picked up my order but had to wait for the bartender to make a couple of drinks and take to a large party. I dont understand why there is not staff to handle pick up orders. The bartender has enough on his plate. My pick up took way too long so my food was colder than it should have been. "

"First time having anything from El Pollo Loco, and we were NOT disappointed!
We got the Original Pollo Bowl and the Shredded Chicken Nachos . The bowl was loaded with flavor, and everything (finely diced onion, pico, pinto beans, chicken) went so well together. It was quite satisfying.
The nachos were even better. The queso blanco really set off those nachos, and they were great. The chips did get soggy fast, but that's to be expected when it's hot, and there's a top on it -- it's going to steam unintentionally.
The churros were off the chain! Definitely one of the better churros I've had lately.
Will certainly be ordering from them again!"
"Have had decent food from this place before, but this time, not really. The 8pc Family Meal was four legs and two of the scrawniest thighs two of the scrawniest breasts I've ever seen. Had to work to get any chicken off the bone. The Shredded Chicken Nachos were a gloppy mess; some of that is ordering nachos take out, but some of it was just crummy food."

"This place is awesome! If I am not ale to drive (terminal illness) there, I get the food delivered. They prepare my Taco Lite made to my picky instructions and they are delicious! "So glad this cafe came to Dallas as it was a regular spot when visiting Houston. The crepes are very filling and not small portions. The ingredients are always fresh and no deli meat. I've ordered the crepes filled with ham and my husband's favorite is the Turkey, Brie and Grapes crepe. Each of these crepes are filled with nicely seasoned, thick roasted or smoked meat.
