Maybe it's because I ordered towards the end of the day and they gave me whatever was left? I thought the pork was served over a bed of shredded cabbage, not white rice, but I did appreciate the "drier" part of the rice because I used it to soak up some of the oil. I'm sure cabbage would've helped a little more with that on the "back end" later on. Good on L&L for serving such a generous portion because I'm gonna have to split this up into several meals with some veggies to help alleviate the greasy feeling.
