"Everything was well packaged with care and consideration which I appreciate a lot. I should have taken a picture but forgot. Noodles + meat were in one container and broth in another separate container. Bag with lime, basil, cilantro, sprouts. Difficult to tell size in picture but I got a medium which was the perfect size. I also got the Matcha Lava Cake which had the cake in one container and ice cream in another which let me separately put in freezer until after I ate the pho. Microwaved cake for 30 seconds and kind of exploded which is why the picture looks like that lol so maybe do 15-20 instead. Coconut ice cream was so good on its own too, wish I could buy a pint. Would get again and thank you to the restaurant for having well packaged to go items. "

They use black sticky rice, which I had never seen before, and it quickly became my favorite dish. Their five-spice short rib is wonderful!! they braise it for five hours, making it incredibly tender.
The staff here are attentive and have a friendly sense of humor. Even though I just got a to-go order, the portions are quite generous, leaving me enough for another meal. "Pho (vegan tofu version) had jalapeno pepper, although the ingredients list never mentioned it. I am intolerant to spicy food, and it drives me nuts that every single restaurant in the US just doesn't care about it, and most of the foods come spicy by default. My dislike for this restaurant in particular and for all others around.

Portion: 5 pieces of tofu only. It's steamed and not fried. The restaurant should update the photo because tofu is shown as fried there.
Freshness: fresh.
Would not order again unless I am in the restaurant in-person and can adjust the recipe.

There was basically no cilantro, no pickled onion, and no green onion at all.

Both were quite good but I would definitely go for the fried rice over the jasmine next time. There was a nice amount of chicken and the flavor was appealing . I'm not a big sweet hot person, would have liked if they offered a savory hot option for the sauce. That being said the sauce was tasty, just not really my thing. The flavor of the shrimp was impressive even without sauce. The broccoli and edamame were properly prepared with a filling serving size.
My one criticism would be that there were approximately 6-8 shrimp in one (a nice serving, they’re not overly big) and only 3 in the other box."
