It holds up to all that meat and cheese without falling apart. Absolute perfection.
You can tell they do it right — the meat is hot and juicy on the flat top, the cheese is fully melted in, the roll is toasted. And it’s HUGE. This will absolutely fill you up.
Service was fast and friendly even though they were slammed, and I love that they’re open late. That takeout kitchen at 119 Spring St Suite 2 is a lifesaver for downtown Charleston late-night cravings. I ordered ahead for curbside pickup and it was ready in minutes.

The stuffed crust was just cheesy enough whilst also having a nice garlic finish on the crust itself. "We placed this order on TGiving around noon and were so happy to find a restaurant open. Mario's Italian Grill will definitely be on our order list from now on. They were super fast, and the food was excellent... perfect and just what we were looking for. And the portions were phenomenal! We'll be eating on this for a couple of days. 😂 The Chicken Parmesan was excellent. The chicken piece was huge, tender, and perfect. The spaghetti and sauce were wonderful. The Linguine Shrimps was ordered with extra shrimp. It was perfect!! The shrimp was done to perfection and the linguine was just right with the right amount of sauce. I've been wanting some good Mozzarella Sticks for some time now and these fixed my craving. I haven't had Breaded Mushrooms in ages. Oh my word, but these were so deeelicious!

"Great portion sizes. I could tell the Spaghetti All Bolognese was made with love. Very flavorful, and came with garlic bread! Ceasar Side Salad was also a huge portion and plenty of dressing, with fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, and shredded cheese. The packaging is also fridge friendly plastic containers. Worth the $$ and so yummy. Will definitely order again!!"
